Scripture reveals the Lord Jesus Christ as: • The righteous Judge before whom heaven and earth flee away. • The One to whom the Father has committed all judgment. • The Judge of the living and the dead, whose justice is perfect. • The Lord before whom every person will give an account. • The Keeper of the Book of Life, in whom alone eternal life is found. • The Holy One who will finally cast death and hell into the lake of fire. • The King whose judgments are according to perfect righteousness and truth. • The eternal Lord who welcomes all whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life into His everlasting kingdom.
