The LORD [is] great in Zion; and he [is] high above all the people.

Let them praise thy great and terrible name; [for] it [is] holy.
Laat hulle u groot en vreeslike Naam prys; want dit is heilig.

The king’s strength also loveth judgment; thou dost establish equity, thou executest judgment and righteousness in Jacob.
Die koning se sterkte lief ook die oordeel; U vestig opregtheid, U voer oordeel en geregtigheid in Jakob uit.

Exalt ye the LORD our God, and worship at his footstool; [for] he [is] holy.
Verhoog die HERE onse God, en aanbid by sy voetbank; want Hy is heilig.

Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name; they called upon the LORD, and he answered them.
Moses en Aäron onder sy priesters, en Samuel onder dié wat sy Naam aanroep; hulle het tot die HERE geroep, en Hy het hulle geantwoord.

He spake unto them in the cloudy pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the ordinance [that] he gave them.
Hy het tot hulle in die wolkkolom gespreek: hulle het sy getuienisse bewaar, en die ordonnanse wat Hy hulle gegee het.

Thou answeredst them, O LORD our God: thou wast a God that forgavest them, though thou tookest vengeance of their inventions.
U het hulle geantwoord, o HERE onse God: U was ‚'n God wat hulle vergewe het, alhoewel U wraak geneem het op hulle uitvindsels.

Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the LORD our God [is] holy.
Verhoog die HERE onse God, en aanbid by sy heilige berg; want die HERE onse God is heilig.
