Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion;
Stuur jou hulp uit die heiligdom, en versterk jou uit Sion;

Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah.
Dink aan al jou offers, en aanvaar jou brandoffer; Sela.
4
Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel.
Gee jou volgens jou eie hart, en vervul al jou raad.
5
We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up [our] banners: the LORD fulfil all thy petitions.
Ons sal juig in jou heil, en in die Naam van onse God ons banier ophef: die HERE vervul al jou versoeke.

Now know I that the LORD saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand.
Nou weet ek dat die HERE sy gesalfde red; Hy sal hom hoor uit sy heilige hemel met die reddende krag van sy regterhand.

Some [trust] in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.
Sommige vertrou op strydwaens, en sommige op perde: maar ons sal die Naam van die HERE onse God gedenk.

They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright.
Hulle is neergebring en geval: maar ons is opgestaan, en staan regop.
9
Save, LORD: let the king hear us when we call.
Red, HERE: laat die koning ons hoor wanneer ons roep.
