I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
Ek sal na u heilige tempel aanbid, en u Naam prys om u liefde en om u waarheid: want U het u woord bo al u Naam verheerlik.

In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, [and] strengthenedst me [with] strength in my soul.
In die dag toe ek geroep het, het U my geantwoord, en my versterk met sterkte in my siel.

All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth.
Al die konings van die aarde sal U prys, o HERE, wanneer hulle die woorde van u mond hoor.

Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great [is] the glory of the LORD.
Ja, hulle sal in die weë van die HERE sing: want groot is die heerlikheid van die HERE.

Though the LORD [be] high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
Alhoewel die HERE hoog is, let Hy tog op die nederige: maar die trotses ken Hy van ver af.

Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
Al wandel ek in die midde van benoudheid, sal U my lewendig maak: U sal u hand uitsteek teen die toorn van my vyande, en u regterhand sal my red.

The LORD will perfect [that which] concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, [endureth] for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.
Die HERE sal dit wat my aangaan, volmaak: u barmhartigheid, o HERE, is ewig: verlaat nie die werke van u eie hande nie.
